During our discussions, it seems like we always have to be cautious about what we say and how we present certain topics. I understand completely why we are cautious, especially when we ourselves are not Indigenous. When it comes to teaching or even just having conversations about Indigenous people and their culture, what should not be discussed with our students? I know at a younger age there are certain topics that may be too sensitive for our students, but should we still educate them on these topics? Should they maybe be worded differently?
