Inuit Music

I would love to hear more about famous bands or musicians that have indigenous backgrounds especially within the Inuit community. I have read that typically traditional Inuit music is based around drums used in dance, music and storytelling. I just think this would be such a good way to tell stories or to dive into Inuit culture with students and I would love to hear about some music/musicians I can add into my teaching. If you know of any please reply to this post!

There is a Juno Award winning Inuk singer called Susan Aglukark. She has also written a book called Una Huna, What is This?, which incorperates the Inuk language, It is available at MHPL.
