Does anyone know of any good resources to start talking and continue conversations about residential schools for division 2 students?

Fatty Legs by Christy Jordan-Fenton and Margaret-Olemaun Pokiak-Fenton
This is a great book that could be used as read aloud or even a novel study for div II students!

Check out Shi-Shi-Etko by Nicola I. Campbell. While it is a picture book that would be equally appropriate for Div I, the author uses some amazing artistry. It's a less obvious story about residential schools, so there's lots of room for inquiry and searching for meaning for an ELA lesson.
